BVSc CertVOphthal CertVDI MRCVS
Mark qualified in 1999 from Bristol University. After two years of working in mixed practice near his home town of Stockport he moved to a large independent practice in Newbury, Berkshire to concentrate on small animal work. Here he developed his passion for ophthalmology and was awarded the RCVS Certificate in Veterinary Ophthalmology in 2008. Whilst continuing to hold a strong interest in eyes he undertook the RCVS Certificate in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging and was awarded CertVDI in 2012.
Mark has spent many years seeing large numbers of eye cases both from frequent internal and more occasional external referrals. The move to Eastcott Referrals represents the realisation of a long held ambition to focus entirely on eyes. Mark is particularly fascinated by the physiology of vision and the study of retinal diseases.
