- Please phone 01793 528341 to book an appointment if you have an emergency (examples of emergencies include:accident, breathing issues, blood loss, collapse, bloat, male cat unable to pass urine, ingestion of toxins), are joining us from another vet or are booking a Pet Health Club Health Check.

- If you think that your pet may have something infectious (kennel cough or similar), please report to reception before bringing your pet in
