Client Care Team Member Full Time Maternity Cover

Six Months Fixed Term.

We are looking for a Full-Time Receptionist/Client Care team member to join our growing team. We are a Leading Veterinary Hospital based at our Edison Park Hospital, Swindon.

This highly rewarding role involves close contact with clients and their pets. It is essential that that candidates are confident and can work under their own initiative where necessary.

We are looking for candidates that can start as soon as possible but will also consider strong candidates who need to work out a longer notice period.

Average 40 hours per week on a rolling Rota.

Rate of pay – to be discussed at interview.

Skills and Competencies: 

  • Experience working with the public in person and by telephone
  • A passion for working with the public
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good telephone manner
  • The ability to communicate well with clients and colleagues
  • PC literate with Excel and Word
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Sound literacy and numeracy skills
  • Able to adapt and quickly use in-house computer applications and software (Robovetsystem - training will be provided

Client Care Team Member Door Cover

We are looking for a Part Time Door Person to join our growing team. We are a Leading Veterinary Hospital based at our Edison Park Hospital, Swindon.

This highly rewarding role involves close contact with clients and their pets to ensure their safety whilst visiting the practice during Covid 19. It is essential that that candidates are confident and can work under their own initiative where necessary.

We are looking for candidates that can start as soon as possible.

Average 32.50 hours per week 13.30-20.00 Monday - Friday

Rate of pay – to be discussed at interview.

Primary Care Registered Veterinary Nurse

Due to recent expansion, we are looking for full time RVNs who are highly motivated, caring and experienced to join our primary care. There are permanent and maternity cover positions available.

Our primary care team work closely with our referral team and we put an emphasis on training and development for all. CPD is encouraged and we run CPD clubs as well as having a generous CPD allowance.

Primary Care RVNs are highly valued members of the team who take part in consulting, patient care and procedures.

We have our own night team and an excellent weekend rota of 1:8.

Referral Registered Veterinary Nurse

Referral Veterinary Technicians

 Do you want to be a vital part of the veterinary profession?

We are an innovative, tier 3 hospital in Swindon, looking for highly motivated, dedicated people who will support our referral teams in providing the highest standards of patient care.

Due to expansion, we are looking for full time veterinary technicians to join our referral team, which includes:

  • Multi-disciplinary referral nursing

  • Emergency and critical care
  • Wards/in-patient

You will join a specific team within our hospital working alongside a friendly and welcoming group of veterinary nurses, vets and support staff. Your role will vary depending on which team you join, but is likely to include aspects of care of patients, cleaning, looking after and preparing equipment for use, and assisting with the efficient running of the hospital. Full training will be provided so we are happy to consider candidates with and without previous experience. Ideally, we would like candidates to have an animal related qualification, but this is not an essential requirement.
